A young mother saved the life of a 2-year-old girl who fell from the 10th floor of a building in Hangzhou.

While her grandmother went to get some quilts she was drying on the roof, the girl crawled on to the windowsill of the bedroom where her grandmother had left her sleeping. A downstairs neighbor saw the girl and tried to reach her using a ladder, but the attempt failed and the girl finally fell.

Wu Juping, 31, who lived in the same neighborhood, ran to the building when she heard someone cry out in alarm and managed to catch the girl before she hit the ground.

This incredible story answers one of my questions in life – is it possible to save someone falling off a building and survive?.

It seems it is possible after all, that is, if it’s only 10 floors and you’re catching a little girl.

Unfortunately, both parties still suffered major injuries from the impact. The woman, suffered a comminuted fracture in her left arm and will have to undergo surgery. Her recovery is expected to take six months. The girl, on the other hand, seems very lucky to be alive. Her brain, lungs, gastrointestinal tract were all injured because of the height she fell from. She also has difficulties in urination.

A 45 year old woman was arrested in Hong Kong for sexually harassing a taxi cab driver. From what I gather, she is a prostitute. From her extensive ‘work experience’, she probably assumed the taxi driver was exactly the type who would offer a cheap ride for a handjob.

Seems that there are still some decent men left out there. Either that or maybe she’s too old and ugly.

Check out this video for details:

This is one of those before and after makeup pictures. However, I realized that this girl wasn’t really that ugly compared to the others…

What I don’t understand is the number of girls in China who pay to have photos of them, in ancient outfits, taken. I thought that only tourists would do such a thing. Does this raise their marketability to men considerably? Is there some sort of weird cosplay fetish going on in China?

After watching this video, the only question I have is whether the woman was from Mainland China or grew up in Hong Kong.

If it was the former, then I am not one bit surprised. Since the explosive economic growth of Mainland China, some Chinese have benefited very well. Simply put, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
Only in this case, the rich get absurdly rich. So rich, that they fear nothing. However, their behaviors haven’t improved much…

I must point out that this type of person is still in the minority. Though, when a country’s population is 1.3 billion, even the minority is huge. That’s why I’m not surprised as stories of such people are aplenty.

China’s hospitals are pretty damn scary. Whenever I go to China the number one thing I fear most is getting seriously ill, because I will then need to visit the hospital.

Apple news reports that a week ago in Shenzhen, a woman, who had a miscarriage, visited a clinic called Runzhen to have her womb cleaned out. After administering the anesthetic and, for some unspecified reason, tying her legs to the operation table, the doctors demanded an additional payment of RMB 2,100 which the woman was unable to pay.

In response, the doctors left her legs sprawled and tied to the operation table for three hours.

Yes even girls can be pretty fake.
