China's Street Artist: Chalk God

You can look all day, but these stairs will take you nowhere.

This is the artwork of Mr. Hou who is also being referred to as the “chalk god”.

Taking just a simple piece of chalk, he creates the illusion of an object that appears to be real.

Using a few more colors, he can create more complex and intriguing designs…

Mr. Hou is an interior designer who started out his chalk drawings as a casual hobby. Now, his talent is recognized and he is famous on the Chinese web.
